MEET THE COACHES
Hey, I’m Ben.
Co-owner of Four Pillars Studio, Glasgow. A holistic strength and wellness studio that offers 1-1 personal training, massage and yoga. I also facilitate online coaching, providing an incredible coaching service for clients anywhere in the world.
I’m a great believer in taking a holistic approach towards understanding the clients needs then building strong relationships with them, focusing on trust and commitment to ensure they get the best results possible in the long term.
No fad diets, no false promises and no cookie cutter programs. I make it my primary drive to collect as much information as I can before making any coaching call to action. This is done through building a strong relationship and commitment base with you, the client.
Hi I’m Martta, the co-owner of Four Pillars.
I am a holistic therapist specialising in soft tissue treatments, yoga and movement. I am also a passionate explorer of Somatic Trauma Healing.
The foundation of Four Pillars Therapies were build on Swedish, Sports & Remedial Massage. The longer I worked with my clients and the more I was drawn to discovering the root of chronic pain.
It was Paul Chek’s teachings that first introduced me to understand the holistic nature of health & wellbeing and it became a daily practice for me. I didn’t want to just help clients to overcome injuries anymore, I wanted them to understand what living with pain means, why pain occurs and how to prevent further injuries. I want my clients to learn how to life-proof their bodies and minimise risk (and the need) of causing more unnecessary pain to themselves. I’ve since continued to deepen my knowledge on holistic approach to health.
The work that I do is a combination of hands on soft tissue treatment, movement, yoga (Hatha, Yin), breathwork and somatic trauma therapy.
I am a big believer in taking a holistic approach when working with my clients. Our bodies tell the stories of our lives and that's beautiful thing. But it doesn't mean all stories are worth holding on to. I'm here to help you let go of the ones that don't serve you anymore.
